The Board is pleased to report membership numbers that are close to the limits allowed in our Blue Book.  Membership numbers close to or at the 500 member limit gives the Board the ability to spread the costs of maintaining water quality, privacy, the clubhouse and its activities over more members which minimizes the dues to each member. The number of members has increased in the last few years.  Non members in the community are being invited to apply for membership via a direct mailing. We encourage members to discuss the benefits of belonging to the Normanoch if the situation presents itself.  The Board will manage the waiting list when it becomes necessary as provided for in the Blue Book.Eligibility for membership in the association is restricted to owners of property within the area defined on the official boundary map of the association.
